While working as a visuals editor at GQ, Matteo has turned his eye away from studio portraits to the more immediate  and urgent events taking place outside on the streets of his native Brooklyn.

"On a Saturday evening in April, frontline workers from across the borough gathered at Methodist Hospital in Park Slope to take a moment to listen to The NYC Mariachi give a special performance for the hospital staff".
